How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared and shipped within about 5–7 days. Most US orders then arrive in 9–13 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes — US shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Smaller orders have a shipping fee shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship outside the US?

What is the 30-Day Happy Cat Guarantee?

If you or your cat aren't happy with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Are your products safe for my cat?

Each product page lists its materials and size so you can choose what suits your cat. As with any toy or accessory, supervise play — especially with moving toys, strings and small parts — and put toys away when you're not around.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is encrypted, and we never see or store your full card details.
